SCHEDULE FULL YEAR. Varsity Modern Band will addressadvanced level skills in piano, guitar, percussion and/or musictechnology. Students will learn the fundamentals of musicliteracy, improvisation and song writing skills.Varsity Modern Band Level 1 is designed for a 9-12th gradertaking his/her 1st year of a Modern Band ensemble course.Varsity Modern Band Level 2 is designed for a 10-12th gradertaking his/her 2nd year of a Modern Band ensemble course.Varsity Modern Band Level 3 is designed for a 11-12th gradertaking his/her 3rd year of a Modern Band ensemble course.Varsity Modern Band Level 4 is designed for a 12th grader takinghis/her 4th year of a Modern Band ensemble course. Studentsare expected to complete projects which include out of schooltime for rehearsals and performances
