Smoky Hill High School – Advanced Fitness Boys Basketball

Students will apply the health-related components in physical education to achieve and maintain a high level of physical fitness with an emphasis on the skills necessary for basketball. The five components of fitness (cardiovascular, fitness, flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and body composition) will be utilized and assessed toward achieving success.
