Sherwood High – Fitness
Mar 2026 · 2nd Semester
Students will develop and participate in various Fitness activities in class. Examples of these activities are balance balls, Pilates, plyometrics, circuits/stations and stretching. Students will work alternate days on muscle toning activities such as circuit training, dyna-bands, and weight training. Students will also have the opportunity to develop a personal fitness plan and goal setting.
