0.5sem This course is designed to introduce students to the fundamental skills necessary to thrive in business settings as creative professionals. The course will focus on professional etiquette, verbal and written communication skills, career explorations, branding, and marketing through project-based learning experiences. Students will learn how to integrate these skills and habits into their creative process as well as apply them to other businesses. Mock interviews and networking experiences will be embedded into the course with local community partners in the arts, allowing students to learn about career opportunities and put their new skills into practice. This course is required for all junior level Apex Arts students.
