This course will provide instruction for students with little or no experience, as well as opportunities for intermediateadvanced level students to develop individualized lifting programs. Students will receive instruction in lifting techniques, spotting, and breathing techniques. The curriculum may include Olympic lifting techniques, plyometrics, and a variety of movement activities.
