S T E P - C O R E – Construction Technology I
May 2026 · 2nd Semester
In this double-blocked lab-intensive class, students gain knowledge and skills specific to those needed to enter the workforce as carpenters and prepare for a postsecondary degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering. Students learn about safety, tool usage, etc. Students will have the opportunity to earn HBI Pre-Apprenticeship Certificate Training (PACT), Basic Carpentry certification. (Potential college credit).
