Rouse High School – Practicum in Interior Design

Table of Contents Practicum in Interior Design is a lab-based course for the self-driven student looking to continue their post high school interior design career. Practicum provides a unique experience that allows students the opportunity to participate in a lab-based learning environment to produce interior design projects as well as gain business and industry career experiences. Students will be expected to develop knowledge and skills related to housing, furnishings, and equipment construction or equipment management and services. ● A single credit option is available in cases where there are scheduling conflicts ● Students may engage in off-campus work-based learning experiences and work with the instructor to arrange logistics. ● There may be costs associated with taking this course. ● Industry-Based Certification available.
