Rouse High School – Chinese III
Apr 2026 · 2nd Semester
Chinese III continues to develop student proficiency in the integrated skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing with a strong focus still placed on the three modes of communication. Extensive use of the target language by both teacher and student is a key factor at this third stage of language learning. Students study advanced grammatical concepts as appropriate and delve deeper into the analysis of the products, practices and perspectives of the Chinese culture. At the end of Level III, students should be able to perform in the language at the intermediate-low to intermediate-mid proficiency levels. Chinese III Advanced Course 5153ADV
