This course is designed to provide students with an overview of the federal and state court systems. Students explore the roles of the judicial process and personnel involved in the trial process from pretrial through sentencing and examine closely the structure and provision of the US Constitution and Bill of Rights. PREREQUISITE: Law Enforcement I OR Waiver by instructor.
