Continuation of cadets' leadership development by concentratingon basic individual leadership responsibilities/techniques andintroducing the responsibilities of team leaders. Cadets will havethe opportunity to identify the impact of their actions onthemselves and other team members in the areas of individualresponsibility, self-reliance, followership, and teamwork. Cadetswill be introduced to the basic principles of management, howleaders use these principles to manage resources effectively, andthe fundamental differences between leadership and managementtechniques. Students will deliver instruction using acceptedprinciples and methods of teaching. Students will develop lessonplans and graphic organizers to determine the material they mustreview and rehearse before providing instruction.
