This beginning year-long course is an introduction toacting. Beginning actors will be exposed to severaldifferent performance styles and methods that willimprove their performance skills. This course usestheatre to encourage cooperative learning, teamwork,organization, and leadership skills. Theatres forte is inthe emotional arena, where participants are able notonly to express emotion in a safe environment, but alsoto learn how to calibrate their emotional responses tovarious stimuli.
