Chinese IIl Honors builds on Chinese I and II with additionalvocabulary and grammar are introduced to further develop readingand writing skills.. Students will demonstrate their language skills inthe interpretive, interpersonal, and presentational modes ofcommunication on topics expanded beyond the everyday life of astudent. Students will read, listen, and view authentic materials todeepentheir understanding of the cultural practices andperspectives of various Chinese regions. The outcome for Chinese IIIHonors is to develop Intermediate Low to Intermediate Midproficiency. This course is conducted predominantly in Chinese.
