In the field of Music Production in the twenty-first century, traditionalroles of songwriter, composer, arranger, musician, musical director,producer, recording technician, mixing engineers and masteringengineers are increasingly blurred. The changes in both workingpractices and the affordability of music technologies, musically andtechnically creative individuals can cover several of these roles in amusic project. Music Production will explore the terminology,concepts of production, and the creation of music through theutilization of MiDl, basic and advanced audio, virtual instruments, anddigital audio editing. Pre-production, studio production, editing andpre-mixing, mixing, and mastering processes will all be explored,developed, and assessed.
