Dimensions of Leadership builds on the foundations learned and experienced in Perspectives on Leadership. As part of this class, students are expected to, design project goals, chair committees for events, delegate responsibilities, and manage financial responsibilities. Students learn effective meeting and conflict resolution skills. Students evaluate personal and group performance to improve the quality of communication and effectiveness.
