The focus of the class is to provide individualized instruction and anexpanded curriculum (i.e., community based instruction and lifetimeleisure activities) to our students with disabilities, in order to maximizetheir opportunities for participation, skill acquisition, and meaningfulsocial interactions. The class will utilize peer partners to aid inproviding instruction to our students with disabilities.\*Students who have already taken and received credit for this courseand want to continue to be a part of the program can apply to be apartner mentor. Partner mentors will receive local credit only.
