Prairie Trace Elementary School – CULINARY CAPSTONE

Prerequisites/Co-requisite:  Culinary B Open to:  12 Credit:  2FW-6FW \*\*\*Students must provide their own transportation for field experiences. Students will receive hands-on experience through supervised internship opportunities in the community. In addition, this course covers the necessary skills for proper recruiting, staffing, training, and management of employees at various levels. The course will help prepare the student for the transition from employee to supervisor. Additionally, it will help the student evaluate styles of leadership, and develop skills in human relations and personnel management.  Capstone is an optional, additional experience, but not required to meet the graduation requirements.
