Maximum Enrollment: 20 (AWS recommends a student to teacher ratio of 15:1) This course is designed to continue the development of advanced welding and cutting practices used in industry and construction and emphasizes hands-on experience. Further emphasis is placed on topics covered in Welding Technology II, and more, such as safety, weld fit-up and testing, metal properties, gas metal arc welding (GMAW), and flux cored arc welding (FCAW).
