Pope High School – Statistical Reasoning

Statistical Reasoning is a fourth Mathematics course option for students who have completed AcceleratedGSE Geometry B/Algebra II or GSE Algebra II. The course provides experiences in statistics beyond theCCGPS sequence of courses, offering students opportunities to strengthen their understanding of thesaisticalmethod inquiry n statistial smulations. Sudent wil ormulatetatistical quetions answered using data, will design and implement a plan to collect the appropriate data, will selectappropriate graphical and numerical methods for data analysis, and will interpret their results to makeconnections with the initial question
Prerequisites: Teacher RecommendationAdvanced Algebra A & B orCollege Readiness Math
