The Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps is available to male and female students as a general elective credit toward graduation or in lieu of physical education. The naval uniform is worn by students at all official functions and all day at school once a week. Enrollment in NJROTC incurs no financial cost and no obligation to join the Armed Services.
Prerequisites: Although the recommended and normal sequence is Naval Science 1, 2, 3,4, 5,6 and 7,8, students may start their Naval Junior ROTC studies during any of their years in high school.
