Pershing High School – Hospitality Services II

This course is designed to deepen students understanding and working knowledge of the hospitality and tourism industry. Students will learn soft skills, operational areas, sales and marketing, and managing business operations. Other topics that will be addressed are business law, employability skills, leadership, and communications. Students will continue the exploration of their pathway through projects and work-based learning experiences.
