Essentials Fitness & Conditioning is an Advanced Adaptive Physical Education course which combines a variety of conditioning and aerobic activities with the intention of conveying the importance of lifelong wellness habits. This course emphasizes conditioning activities that help develop muscular strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. The course is modified to fit the needs of students who may require adaptations per their individualized educational plan. The prerequisite for this course is Essentials Adapted Physical Education. \*\*\*Schedule Mild Cognitive Impairment (MiCI) program students in Essentials Functional Fitness & Conditioning (SP005GDS1).
