Pathfinder School of Innovation – Humanities New Perspectives Full Year

This is a full-credit course. This course investigates the purpose of art, literature, music, and theater across different periods using African-American, Hispanic, Asian, and LGBTQ artists. The course is arranged in retrospect format, starting with current artists and looking back to the past. Students will critically analyze works from these disciplines, as they communicate and express the needs and ideals of society. The course provides students the opportunity to create, perform, respond, and connect to their own works and the works of others.
