The purpose of this course is to develop and enhance healthy behaviors that influence lifestyle choices and student health and fitness. Knowledge and application of skills, techniques, strategies, rules, and safety practices necessary to participate in selected team sports (may include basketball, flag football, ultimate Frisbee, gator ball, soccer, speedball, track and field, volleyball). All students registering for physical education and personal fitness classes must wear approved PE clothing. Note: These courses meet the PE graduation requirement for all students.
