Parrish Community High School – Leadership Skills Development - SGA

The purpose of this course is to teach leadership skills, parliamentary procedure, problem-solving, decision-making, communication skills, group dynamics, time & stress management, public speaking, human relations, public relations, team building, & other group processes. Students in this class will be part of the PCHS SGA Club. SGA focuses on promoting student involvement in school-related activities and events and on boosting school morale. Prerequisite: Application is required. Also, students must be a club member of PCHS Student Government Association OR another high school leadership program for at least one semester to be eligible for this course.
