Park View High – Intro to Strength and Conditioning

Intro to Strength and Conditioning is an elective course where students will learn how to become proficient movers by focusing on the fundamentals of anatomical movement. Students will be introduced to a variety of strength and conditioning components such as Plyometrics, Speed-Agility-Quickness, Weights, Aerobics, and Flexibility. Students will develop a strength and conditioning program by implementing progressive training practices.
