This one-year course is designed for students who have successfullycompleted Drafting and Design II. Areas of study include electricalengineering,mechanical engineering, geometric dimensioning andtolerancing, pattern development, and other mechanical design technologies.Instructional practices incorporateintegration diversiyawareness includingappreciation of all cultures and their important contributions to society. Theappropriate use of technology is an integral part of this course. This coursefulfills one of the elective credits required for high school graduation.Note: This course may allow students to earn college credit from the College ofSouthern Nevada.
