This one-year course is a continuation of the Hospitality and TourismProgram. Students formalize their knowledge of business function,guest service and all sectors of Hospitality & Tourism. Students maybe prepared for industry certification, employment and/or post-secondary education. Instructional practices incorporate integrationof diversity awareness including appreciation of all cultures and theirimportant contribution to society.The appropriate use of technoloyis an integral part of this course. This course fulfills one of theelective credits required for high school graduation.
