This one-year course is designed for students who have successfullycompleted Introduction to Engineering Design. Students usemathematics, science, and technology in an engineering problem-solving environment. The course focuses on the social and politicalconsequences of technological change. Instructional practicesincorporate integration of diversity awareness including appreciationof all cultures and their important contributions to society. Theappropriate use of technology is an integral part of this course. Thiscourse fulfills one of the elective credits required for high schoolgraduation.
