Do you want to be in "the Business"? There's no business like it! This course provides an introductory overview of film and television production with an emphasis on technical operation and storytelling. Students are instructed on the correct operation of studio and field production equipment, as well as screenwriting and post-production editing. This yearlong course will provide the basic knowledge required to progress on to the advanced levels of the program. Extracurricular productions are a requirement of this program.
