Why do humans behave the way they do? Anthropology is the study of humans and humanity—past and present. It stands at the intersection of science, archeology, history, humanities, medicine and the future as a way of solving problems. This course is for those who are interested in social science and the humanities—especially if considering a career path in medicine, law, research/development, politics, journalism, finance, engineering or business. Genetics, nanotechnology, holistic medicine, pandemics, epidemics, diseases and cures will be featured as part of the study of humans.
