Northeast High – Stretch, Flow, and Restore

This course is an extension of Foundations of Stretch Your Wellness. Students will build upon their knowledge of the core yogic principles, components of mindfulness, and connections to how yoga and mindfulness promote lifelong wellness to synthesize the differences between Restorative yoga and Integrative yoga as it relates to real life simulation opportunities.
