1 Unit Marine Corps Junior ROTC is a curriculum designed to emphasize leadership education and leadership development. Basic leadership tenets, physical fitness, drill and ceremonies, marksmanship, and military organization are taught as part of the cadet’s orientation to the Marine Corps and as a means to develop the leadership qualities taught in class.
