1 Unit The 3-D Specialization in Visual Art course offers students the opportunity to focus on creating and exploring threedimensional artworks, including sculpture, ceramics, fibers, and mixed media. This advanced course emphasizes both the technical and conceptual development of 3-D art, encouraging students to explore how personal, societal, cultural, and historical contexts influence their work. Through hands-on projects, students will experiment with materials and processes while developing a personal artistic style and a deeper understanding of the expanding role of technology in 3-D art.
