North Stafford High – De Virginia Teachers for Tomorrow

Teachers for Tomorrow (TfT) is an approved Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) program offered to high school juniors and seniors interested in pursuing a career in education. The program is designed to attract high school students to the field of education through exposure to a world-class curriculum and hands-on experience that focuses on teaching. This course sequence provides an overview of human development from birth to adolescence to explore K-12 education. Students build a foundation for the structure and governance of teaching, and how to apply professional teaching techniques in the classroom.
