North Forsyth High – CTE Advanced Studies Honors

This culminating course is for juniors and seniors who have completed a CTE Pathway, including the concentrator course. Students select and develop the topic of study and work under the guidance of a teacher with expertise in the pathway. Students collaborate with community members, business representatives, and other school-based personnel. The four components of the course are a research paper, a product or artifact, a portfolio, and a presentation.
Prerequisites: Two or three technical credits in one career pathway, including the concentrator course.
