This course provides students with the opportunity to strengthen their Supervised Occupational Experience Programs and Supervised Agricultural Experience Programs. Emphasis will be on intensive hands-on learning activities in the agriculture department's laboratory. Programs will include cooperative livestock projects, horticulture projects, floriculture projects, vegetable projects, and agricultural mechanics projects. Out-of class supervised agricultural experiences are strongly encouraged and FFA participation is required. Additional instruction will occur in the use of computers to manage these projects and award applications. Students will be required to maintain a California FFA record book and submit FFA award applications. This course may be repeated for duplicate credit. #
