This course will promote overall wellness through a variety of fitness-based modalities. Mobility and mental health can be improved through multiple yoga practices and relaxation techniques. Functional strength can be improved by participating in pilates, barre, TRX, and other plyometric exercises. Students will also learn about the elements of fitness, benefits of different yoga poses, and the role nutrition plays in our well being.
