Advertising Design courses emphasize applying the fundamental processes of artistic Fine Arts (Visual and Performance) CoursesPlease note the name changes for FA Courses expression used in the fields of advertising and commercial art for the purpose of visualcommunication. These courses offer practical experiences in generating advertisements,commercial art, logos, executing layouts, illustrations, displays, lettering, and works with avariety of media, techniques, and processes. They also include preparing artwork forreproduction and presentation. Advertising Design courses present an historical andcontemporary view of advertising art and commercial art. Students learn and practiceresponding to their own art and that of others including professional designers throughanalysis, critique, and interpretation for the purpose of reflecting on and refining work.Specific course content should align with existing standards for visual and performing artsproficiency. |
