In Solid State Electronics, tudents will demonstrate knowlegeand applications of advanced circuits, electrical measurement,and electrical implementation used in the electronics andcomputer industries. Students will transfer advanced academicskills to apply engineering principles and technical skills totroubleshoot, repair, and modify electronic components,equipment, and power electronic systems in a project-basedenvironment. Additionally, students will explore careeropportunities, employer expectations, and educational needs inthe electronics industry. Students are encouraged to participate inextended learning experiences such as career and technicalstudent organizations and other leadership or extracurricularorganizations. (Skyline only)
