Engineering Design Process is an engineering course applicable toall engineering fields. Students use an iterative engineeringdesign process to solve problems, make decisions, and manage aproject. Professional practices are addressed, includingdevelopment of a problem statement, maintenance ofdocumentation, use of an engineering notebook, research,project management, internal and external communication, andcreation of technical drawings and prototypes. The studentdelivers a professional presentation detailing the experience ofworking through each step of the engineering design process.
