Digital Design and Media Production will allow students todemonstrate creative thinking, develop innovative strategies, anduse communication tools in order to work effectively with othersas well as independently. Students will gather informationelectronically, which willallow for problem solving and makinginformed decisions regarding media projects. Students will learndigital citizenship by researching current laws and regulations andby practicing integrity and respect. Students will demonstrate athorough understanding of digital design principles that istransferable to other disciplines. The six strands include creativityand innovation; communication and collaboration; research andinformation fluency; critical thinking; problem solving, anddecision making; digital citizenship; and technology operationsand concepts.
