Hotel Management focuses on the knowledge and skills neededto pursue staff and management positions available in the hotelindustry. This in-depth study of the lodging industry includesdepartments within a hotel such as front desk, food andbeverage, housekeeping, maintenance, human resources, andaccounting. This course will focus on, but not be limited to,professional communication, leadership, management, humanresources, technology, and accounting.
