In Diversified Manufacturing II, students will gain knowledge andskills in the application, design, production, and assessment ofproducts, services, and systems and how those knowledge andskills are applied to manufacturing. The study of manufacturingsystems allows students to reinforce, apply, and transfer academicknowledge and skills to a variety of interesting and relevantactivities, problems, and settings in a manufacturing setting.Diversified Manufacturing II allows students the opportunity tounderstand the process of mass production by using a widevariety of materials and manufacturing techniques. Knowledgeabout career opportunities, requirements, and expectations andthe development of skills prepare students for workplace success.
