Unit 2: Leadership Education and Training (LET) 2 - DevelopingLeader builds on the foundation of LET 1 by giving Cadets newopportunities to grow in leadership, teamwork, and personalresponsibility. Lessons focus on communication skills, ethics, anddecision-making, while also introducing first aid, fitness, andhealth awareness. Cadets take part in team-building activities anddrill leadership, participate in service learning, and explorecitizenship and the role of government. This unit helps Cadetsconnect leadership skills to their own goals, confidence, andcommunity involvement.
