Students will gain both the technical ability and broadcast law and ethics knowledge necessary to operate C89.5. This includes, becoming familiar with how radio and television fit in the larger picture of mass media, learning regulations of radio broadcasting, writing & editing short scripts, learning vocal techniques to read those scripts, learning the operation of various types of broadcast equipment, and practicing audio editing techniques.
