Explore the Pa514o - Piano Lab 4 curriculum designed to help students master key concepts and essential skills.
Prerequisites: This course provides direct instruction to students who have already mastered advanced piano skills. Students explore standard keyboard repertoire, improvise in blues and jazz modalities, play a variety of popular music styles, and perform in a variety of settings. Students further their study of music theoretical and analytical processes using keyboard theory books at the appropriate level. Honors students must also fulfill the requirements of the Honors Syllabus. (Prerequisite: Instructor evaluation)
