Prerequisites: This is an inquiry-based laboratory course that surveys the major topics in inorganic chemistry. It is designed to provide a thorough foundation for the college-bound student and emphasizes the quantitative treatment of data, the development of critical thinking skills, abstract reasoning and application of concepts. The student will become more aware of and knowledgeable about the role chemistry plays in the health science field. Through laboratory experience, they will develop the critical thinking skills that are needed to succeed in everyday living. (Prerequisite: HS430H Health Science Biology)
