A comprehensive course designed to inspire students of all fitness levels to embrace an active and healthy lifestyle. This class combines the energy of group fitness with the mindfulness of yoga and the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates, offering a balanced approach to personal wellness. Through a blend of these disciplines and others, students will build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall fitness while fostering a supportive community atmosphere. The course will also emphasize the importance of setting personal goals and listening to one’s body throughout the fitness journey.
Prerequisites: P.E. I and P.E. II, or have taken P.E. I and are currently enrolled in the P.E. II alternative course.
