Mission HighAstronomy

Students at Mission High School will participate in a rigorous science program that is aligned with the Next Generation Science Standards and includes real-world, hands-on learning unique to the city of San Francisco and its environment. Students will develop their science and engineering skills through practices such as planning and carrying out investigations, developing and using models, asking questions and defining problems, analyzing and interpreting data, constructing explanations and designing solutions, and engaging in argument from evidence.
