Meade High – Stretch and Flow

This course is an extension of Foundations of Stretch Your Wellness. Students will build upon their knowledge of the core yogic prinicples, components of mindfulness, and connections to how yoga and mindfulness promotes lifelong wellness. Through the analysis of specific yogic syles and unique mindfulness pratices students will snythesize the difference between Vinysas Flow and Yoga Nidra as it relates to real life simulation opportunities.
